Interesting stats : Federer won 98 of his last 99 matches in which he won the 1st set :)
Tsonga only won 1 out of his 46last matches against Top 10 players ater having lost the 1st set ...

Be interesting to see if that holds up here. 4-4

It's a mystery why he has so much trouble with Tsonga. Yeah he's old but he should still have little to no problems with Tsonga. I'm guessing he will play at least Madrid.

Tsonga played pretty well to be honest. Fed made a lot of mistakes out there. Good match, bad result (for us Fed fans)

I don't understand why after three months getting a surgery someone can be surprised about the Roger loss.
I think he should have waited a little longer to play. I know people not professional athetes which have got that surgery, they are working in the office and after months still are complaining about the pain

^ I'm not that surprised. Disappointed like I am after every Fed loss. I like Tsonga but it's one of those matchups on paper that Roger should pretty much never lose even at his geriatric stage. Roger can't handle the big serves like he used to but he shouldn't be so easily broken either. Tsonga has big strengths but also big weaknesses, mainly poor return and backhand.

I think Rafa beats Andy...

The other semi-final is interesting... Monfils is probably playing the most consistent tennis he'd managed for a long time, he's really looking good this season. Tsonga got better as the match went on against Fed - I think this is close to call, but I'm favouring Tsonga.
