Very disappointing result by Grigor. Although I have to say, is not easy to play John, when he is playing well, especially.
I was so looking forward to a Milos - Grigor match, but for the second time in a row, Grigor will fail to make it to the round of 16.

As much as I like following and supporting Milos, I am really not thrilled to watch an Isner-Milos match...

I thought this is the match-up that the entire planet was waiting to see. :laydownlaughing

:snicker

You may think that one is bad, but I am pretty sure Darth would pull his eyes out rather than watch the upcoming Simon v. Ferrer match

Nehmeth, as long there are no rallies like this one, I think we should be fine :snicker

Some would call a Simon v. Ferrer match... torture. :snicker

I really like Simon. His family background is not athletic, yet he fell in love with tennis and has carved out a very successful career for himself. He has a bad habit of allowing too many of his early matches to go the distance, and I think it has hindered his success in the latter part of tournaments. I enjoy watching him strike the ball, and I enjoy his personality off the court just as much.

I like watching him play the big matches too. He is a great striker of the ball, and can inject deceptive pace into his rally shots too. But you're right, he wears himself out with his over long early matches

The winner of the Mannarino - Thiem match will be a first time QF in a master event. They have never met each other.
