Fed looked in great shape omg. The baseline aggression, the forehand, the passing shots, everything was firing. It looks really good

He was razor sharp today. The game he broke was unreal returning. Milos didn't really give him much chance but Roger threatened in a few other games a bit too and he was great in the TB. Aside from his first couple service games he served really well too. A nice quick match and he should hopefully be good to go in Halle. But more of that at Wimbledon and he will cruise.

I'm not dismissive of his chances on garbage grass. Im just stating he'd have zero chance on proper grass.

And I'd say Rafa's accomplishments on grass are barely above Roger's on clay. Fed has one win and 4 finals going against the surface goat while Rafa has 2 wins and 3 finals vs much weaker competition. Fed with 6 MS titles and also didn't lose to mega scrubs on the first week every year.

What is proper grass my friend? Why does it has to be proper for someone to play on? Darth as in life we all don’t make the rules but we try to adjust and abide by them.

Before I woke up on a lazy sunday morning, everything is over.

Congrats to Fed on winning the Stuttgart title (and making the number of answers to the trivia question "name a grass tourney that Rafa has won and Fed has not won" from 2 to 1).

But, this is really really brutal draw he can get. Mischa, Nick and Milos are three tough players, especially on grass. Facing them right after three month long hiatus makes it even more dangerous. But, he survived them all.

Now, all I want for July 15th is #100.

I give them plenty of respect, I just happen to respect Roger's game more and I expect Roger to destroy those fools on anything approaching a fast court. And you have probably seen me give props to Nole for 2014 Wimbledon, by far Roger's best performance in a slam final loss. 08 Wimbledon and 09 USO are two of his weaker performances in slam final losses, especially the latter. A set up and serving for the 2nd against a total greenhorn, that should be a 999/1,000 win. He blew it hardcore and overall he's given DP his only notable achievements.

Only Lord Kieran can reach you now.. I will tell him to reach out to our dear friend Darth whom have been very fair to Rafa during the clay season but ole Darth has come out of remission.

I didn’t see the match but a victory of the so called Canadian Missile( really he is another form of the man made out of glass like Nishokori is a good effort by Roger. Maybe Roger will play someone who has been playing top ten or top twenty tennis for the entire year of 2018 . This may have been Milos first weekend matches for this year.

Nah..it’s not my style to complain about court surfaces..I will moan if they close the roof when it’s not needed.
