About Indian Wells:

Indian Wells is the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world. It is a co-ed event. Since Larry Ellison purchased both the tournament and the IW Tennis Garden in 2009, his vision has been to make it one of the biggest and best tournaments in tennis. Located in the Coacochela Valley in California, and on the edge of Joshua Tree National Park, the venue is spectacularly situated, but is subject to the complications of desert weather.

Incorporated in 1967, it lies in between Palm Desert and the resort town of La Quinta. As of the 2013 census, the city population was 5,165.

Great start from Delpo

Yes, I watched almost whole match but fell short of the last couple of games. Very nicely done from Delpo.

Verdasco just won his opening round match against Polanski.

Everyone will be watching Berdy v. DelPotro. I suppose the Birdman will get the rusty Tinman.

If I were going to try to pick upsets: Cervantes might pick off Raonic, if he's not healthy, though that's a long shot. And Tiafoe might overpower Goffin, as he's feeling his oats. (#hoping) Perhaps Harrison could get Cilic??

del potro#s level/intensity was good for 1st set but then intensity went downhill, some majestic fh action from delpotro,

I think after Miami he should focus on some atp 250 clay tourney somewhere like estoril or that new one in turkey fedster won last year. his level looks good to win a weak field tourney and get back into top100 pretty quick.
