So Wawrinka is out. Just saw the highlights. Not sure what he got out of the tournament but maybe it served as a warmup? Wawrinka is so up and down right now it is hard to predict how he will do in the FO.

I never read too much into these top players' losses just before a major. I've been wrong so many times predicting somebody wouldn't do well because they just lost...and they go on a run.

I agree that Stan is up and down this whole season and that makes it hard to predict how he'll do in Paris.

On another note, another one of those players I like solely for their tennis capabilities is J. Sousa Portugal. He is in the semis, yay!!!!!!!:clap

He sometimes scares me with those mighty lefty forehands and I thought Sousa wouldn't be able to beat him if Bellucci played well. Still a great accomplishment by Sousa Portugal (as the ump called him against Souza Brasil last time they played).

Thanks Billie but just Bellucci deserves it... I don't even particularly root for brazilians, but I must admit I like Bellucci's game.

Sousa is a fine player too, just needs a bit more power and variety (easy for me to say).
