The Pawnbroker, starring Rod Steiger is the answer I was looking for. Congrats, Tented.

Directed by Sidney Lumet -- a great director.

RE: The Movie Reel

OK another one.

Released late 1990's.

This is a courtroom thriller.

The film's storyline is about the murder of a Priest.

Primal Fear.

Also, The Pawnbroker is a masterwork from a genius filmmaker.

A wild stab here, but is it Coogan's Bluff?

No. Coogan's Bluff never developed into a television series.

Another Clue: Ray Charles sings the title of the film.

Imdb searches come in handy too haha. I just checked all Bruce Campbell's films for 2002 a few days ago but was too embarrassed to reply and there it was haha. Sounds somewhat entertaining though as most of Bruce Campbell's films are :D

Released, 1990.

Psychological film with twist and turns.

The film's storyline highlights a demented Nurse's obsession
with her Patient.

Released early 1980's.

Crime,Conspiracy, Drama, Political.

A Car Crash involves the death of a Presidential candidate.

It was recorded by accident (so to speak).

What is the film's title ?

Congrats Britbox, "Blow Out", starring John Travolta, John Lithgow & Nancy Allen. Directed by Brian De Palma. Partly based on the 1966 British film "Blow Up" which was directed by Michelangelo Antonioni. The American 'Blow Out' is the superior film IMO-
