I'm starting to want to see Nadal lose just to deflate your bubble, NADAL2005RG ;-).

I know you are being funny here and I'm not using you as an example but in general I noticed that a lot of people on this board do project their dislike towards Nadal05RG into Nadal himself and reply to him in a way that doesn't make it any better. I mean there are a billion obnoxious fanbases out there of every single player but that shouldn't make anybody wish that said player loses and goes to hell and it doesn't warrant it either. One should make a clear distinction between obnoxious fans of players from internet boards and players themselves. At times Mastoor was unbearable and came up with some absurd stuff beyond belief yet that didn't change anything for me when it came to watching Djokovic. I just don't understand why it is so hard to ignore certain provocative statements on an internet board. Sorry for off-topic but I find it a bit annoying that so many really great topics on this board get destroyed and interrupted just due to the same user time and time again.

To be honest I think Nadal05RG could test the patience of a saint. I try to ignore most of what he posts but when thread after thread is hijacked it gets really tiresome. You can't talk to him. I'm afraid he does have basic reading comprehensive and he does use combative language. He likes to provoke and then plead ignorance. Fastgrass is the same type of poster. To be honest I found Mastoor mildly amusing and I never let the fact that he was a Djokovic fan change my opinion of Novak. I'm a huge fan of Rafa and I find some of the posts on here completely OTT.

What I have noticed is that some of the original posters from this forum are posting less frequently. I really hope it's just a coincidence. I'd hate to think that those people are staying away because of certain posters.

Apologies to the mods if they think I've went a bit OTT but I feel better for getting that off my chest.

BTW I do think Federer played some great matches in Basel and Paris. No doubt he has a nightmare group for the WTF but I think he's playing pretty well.

I agree..nadal2005rg and fartgrass are just here to troll/rile folk up, ignore option is good..even better would be a vapourise option.

I also agree that those two are ruining threads and driving away decent people.
