Funny Story:

Yarislov Shevdova thought she would not be making to the finals and so had planned for her wedding yesterday. Since she reached the finals, she postponed her wedding to next Tuesday so that she can play in finals. After the wedding on Tuesday, she flies to her next tournament on Wednesday. :laydownlaughing

Martina Hingis has won five doubles trophies this year alone.

Women's doubles: Wimbledon and US Open (both with Sania Mirza)

Mixed doubles: Australian Open, Wimbledon and USOpen (all with Leander Paes).

Interestingly all of the other three titles were won by BMS.
