You're welcome. Thank you.
Doubt seeps in and creates a barrierThat's very true. I often under-estimate myself though.
We don't always realise what we're truly capable of either. Your method doesn't always work for me though as I've been through a lot of upsetting things & allowing myself to just be allows harsh memories to come back then I'm calling myself hopeless, useless & stupid. Keeping myself fully occupied works for me best though music & beach visualization meditation makes me feel better about myself. I need reassurance & reminders sometimes too.Doubt seeps in and creates a barrier
When you quiet the mind and breathe deeply you start to connect and believe again
We all go through it
Why I require reminders â¤ï¸
Good to see you Lady Ann

Thank you very much. It's good to see you too, Lady Divine.
Comedy does work great. I find distraction techniques work better.Lady Ann
I've learned through time that worrying is futile
We all have had our cross to bear...some more than others. It's how we either revisit them to feel the pain and release
Or as you say keep busy
When I mean quiet the mind...visualize the beach, as you mentioned, or nowadays post an idyllic video and watch and breathe
I personally love walking it out... Sometimes through the city. I much prefer nature cause at first the mind talks incessantly and the EGO is craving to destroy my balance
Once I deal with it head on and release I can take the next step
There are times when a 5 km power walk won't do it and I can achieve it in under an hour if I feel the pressure
Do whatever makes you feel good
I also find laughter helps during the worrisome times ...helps me release quicker
Thanks again â¤ï¸
