If Bertens loses this match, she can look back at a point she should have won! Lobbed Halep and hung back as a "tweener" was floated back! Bertens just allowed the point to be restarted and blew an easy BH slice! Looks like she may get away with it; just held for a 5-1 lead in the 3rd and looks to be about to break to closer out Halep who's hit a wall! :whistle:

Well done Bertens! Surely a breakthrough win, beating the world no 1 and winning her fist masters in the process! 8th top10 win since Wimbledon. A dark horse for the us open for sure.
