Ash Barty moves to 17-4 in 3 set matches in 2019.Leads the tour in match wins moving her record to 52-10.Has a chance to be the 1st player to win 2 Premier Mandatories in a season since Azarenka in 2016.....

I’m very excited for this final

Good to see that Osaka took out Wozniacki after the Andreescu win, I will be rooting for Barty but expect Osaka to win in straights

Ash Barty (1) v Naomi Osaka (4) .....final not before 4.30pm on Diamond Court.

Ash Barty holds a 2-1 advantage over Naomi Osaka in their career head to head. The pair are split 1-1 on hard courts, with Osaka winning the most recent meeting in the 2018 Australian Open. They last played on grass in Nottingham, with Barty winning that encounter 63 64 last year.None of their previous three meetings have gone the distance.
The winner of this match will be the first winner from outside Europe since Serena Williams picked up the crown in 2013.
