If you are not a Spaniard, intelligent and feel like playing this week, this is where you would be playing and not in Barcy.

I still badly wish that they move Hamburg this week and run the two 500s in parallel or better yet move Hamburg to
next week when there are only 250s. Is there a way to start a petition for that?

Rooting for Cuevas to find some old form. Next up a group (in no particular order) with Cecchinato, Basilashivill and Hurkacz. Hurkacz an unknown quantity on clay, but I think the kid has a future. Oh, in the extremely unlikely winners category, go Gulbis!

While I don't agree with the editorial, or approve of your quirky nickname for Barcelona, this is an interesting idea, re: Hamburg. It would give them a higher profile than they have now, since their big comedown in the tennis calendar.

Lajovic also pulled out, just like Fabio in Barcelona

Coric survived, but Cilic went out to Cuevas in 3rd set TB. Meanwhile, the very unheralded WC Attila Balazs, aged 30 and ranked #246 defeated Hurkacs and Millman to make the QFs. I'm hoping for a Cuevas - Coric final.

My favorite is Basilashvili here.
I am not fond of Coric by the way.

I think GSM is rooting for him, too. Why not fond of Coric? I do like him, and as to Basilashvili, I just haven't paid enough attention to him to have an opinion. And I do like Cuevas.

The CuCo classic. I agree with the first part. Also dislike Coric, don't know why. But a very fine player no doubt.

Herbert also through beating Balazs, the Hungarian outsider.
