Seriously though, maybe this is a good thing - keep him focused and not chasing tail constantly like Grigor.

Although there are a lot of options out there and there is highly unusual in the western society for an 18y old young man to get engaged these days, he just strikes me as a very serious young man, more mature than his peers.
Obviously he is in love, but how many aren't without getting committed.
I just hope he will be equally committed to tennis and his goals, that was the whole point I wanted to make.
And the fiancée is also a tennis player by the way. Not sure if she is still active or not.

Taylor did not waste much time, after the engagement in May, he proceeded with the nuptials less than 2 months after that on July 7.
In the mean time, his grass season was not great, not surprising, when he had this type of off court activities lined up.
I hope now all is out of the way and he will be as serious about his tennis as his private life.
The positive is that his wife Raquel Pedraza is also a tennis player and she will be part of his team.
