Nothing official except that Becker was fired. I think i mentioned I feel No1e will fire everyone from the team except for Vajda, Miljan the masseur and Gepard the fitter.

However, according to Romanian news, Cahill is already Djoker's coach.

Boris Becker: Novak Djokovic needs to rediscover his old work ethic

"He didn't spend as much time on the practice court in the last six months as he should have, and he knows that," the German told Sky News. "Success like this doesn't happen by pushing a button. Success like this doesn't just happen by showing up at a tournament. You have to work your bottom off because the opposition does the same.

"It was mutual. A decision like this does not happen overnight. It is a progress," he told Sky News. "I think the last six months have been challenging on many levels. Our hands were tied a little bit because we couldn't do the work we wanted to do."

Djokovic has previously admitted to losing some of his motivation after completing the career Grand Slam in June when he won the French Open, and he said in an official statement Tuesday he was ready to set "new goals" without Becker.

I don't believe in "the lack of motivation" because then Roger and Rafa would have had the same problem before but to be on the top they need to do a lot of effort and sacrifice and that's a lot of wear and tear for the body even without any serious injuries (all of them have some discomfort) and sooner or later they pay for that, also I think that Becker should give more credit to whom has beaten Novak instead to talk so much giving all kind of excuses and contradictions

Becker does not show much loyalty to Novak who has been paying him and has given him a second career. He wants to take credit for sucesses and avoid blame for disappointments.

One thing si for sure - everything Becker says is about Becker. There can't be ego bigger than his.

Hard to know what's gone down between Novak and Boris, but it's sort of interesting that he's accusing Novak of not working hard enough. As to Djokovic, it will be interesting to see if he gets the fire in the belly back. He's been off his game, a bit. The question really is if it's burnout, ennui, life issues, or just the beginning of the decline.

Despite some speculations who will be a new Novak's coach, there won't be anyone new hired, Vajda will be new old head coach.

Its' a bit ironic really, since Federer was accused the same when he and Roche parted ways. I don't know what it is with some coaches, but they do expect a hell of a lot from their players. Big players have a lot of commitments and sometimes they can feel tired from so many things going on in their lives, and they are only human. Roger Rasheed i think have also same ideas about his players, but imo it isn't good that Becker would speak out to the media so indiscreetly....

^Well, it is only natural that the guy that is #1 by a long mile and is beating the hell out of everyone suddenly feels like not too much training anymore...

Oh Boris likes to talk, so do I. It doesn't have to make us bad people. We kind of all guessed that something was off, he just confirmed it. Frankly if Nole got a bit tired of tennis, I can't fault him at all. I sometimes go to work less than enthusiastically.:lol6:
