Kuznetsov is playing some very solid tennis right now and should continue his rise up the rankings. I think he'll get by Kohlschreiber, but that one could also go either way. Safin was not anywhere near the physical freak Rafa was, especially at 18 years old. It is not normal for someone to lose a lot of muscle mass in their 20's unless they go from working out like crazy as a teenager to sitting around drinking beer and eating cheetos in their 20's.

Safin was powerfully built, have you ever seen him skinny, not a chance.. Just like Boris Becker was at 17 and 18 legs like a tree trunk.. As for comparing Safin body type to Rafa's ripped muscles.. Acourse there is a huge difference. My point was about pure strength, not ripped muscles.. Feel me

Yeah, there's a huge difference alright. Nadal has never been ripped. He used to have way bigger arms and shoulders but he's always had a poor, flat chest and was never ripped. A guy can't be classed as ripped if all he has is a few bulky body parts and no chest or abs. Safin at his fittest was way more ripped and much lower bodyfat %

At this point for Nadal, it is just matter of finishing any match in a positive way. In my opinion, one of his main problems is that he allows his opponents to stay around after playing a marvelous set of tennis. And when his opponents start firing in all cylinders then he gets nervous and starts playing tentatively.

No, that's just tennis Rafa didn't let Fog off the hook , he earned those points to win that game to hold his service. Sometimes you have to give the opponent credit for playing great under pressure:clap
