After such a high qual 81 minute set the second and third sets was anti-climatic. But the frenchman can be proud and he's had a wonderful run in this tournament.

Here's where what I said earlier comes into play: Alexander knows he has a great opportunity here. And he knows he has under-performed in Majors. The more he gets behind, the more the nerves come into play. Shapo also has a lot to account for, in terms of inconsistency. But right now, all he has to do is keep holding serve and be steady, and he has this match. Just don't blow it. Let's see what they have in them.
