There's now another clay courter who seem to be willing to play every tournament in the world to replace Ferrer in doing that - Thiem.

Baghdatis is starting against Veseli.
Good win for Baggy... Vesely is developing into a tough player.

Yeah, he's doing OK - I've always thought of him as more of clay maestro but getting some good results here.

He may have grew up on clay, but looking closer to his results, he was more successful on HC than on clay. He's got two titles to date, both on HC.
Also, he managed to get to R3 in all slams, less RG where his best is R2.

Yeah, I didn't realise his Valencia title was hard court, thought it was clay - seems they flipped it over to an indoor hardcourt event in 2008/9.
