It looks like Sloane has really started growing up. She should be really proud of herself for her measured rise back in the rankings. The biggest problem with these young upstarts who burst onto the scene at slams (Sloane, Genie, and Keys) they arent taking the smaller tournaments more seriously. They don't play week to week as if its a grand slam. It seems Sloane has finally matured past that childish attitude.

Sloane's new coach is making an impact. She always had the skills to win tournaments, but never the heart. If she continues like this, she will win majors. Not many others have her power and speed.

Sloane burns hot and cold...this dude will be like a father figure to her.She was relying too much on coaches who only wanted money from her..
this means that Sloane and Vika will be on Serena s side of the draw...
its like a revolving door for these coaches...

Kamoua Murray is her coach. As I stated on another thread I have had several of my students attend his coaching sessions, He is a good teacher of the game of tennis. If Sloane stays focused, they can be a successful tandem,IMO

Yeah Sloane has definitely changed her attitude to the gameplay - now she needs to be a little bit friendly to the crowd giiving herself a bit more relaxed chats and ionterviews - now she's a cold fish - sorry Sloane you did it all right today playwise.:D

its difficult to like Sloane...I have tried but she comes of as snobby and entitled. The only one that comes off as likeable and humble is Taylor Townsend or Vicky Duval...
