My god. What the hell Dominic? Sure, he played way too many matches this year. Sure, grass isn't his best surface.
But to lose to Ramatharamatharamathan or whatever his name is?
I just had to look at some highlights. Unbelievable level of play. I have seen way better clashes at challengers. It's like he reverted to his junior days all of a sudden.

Yuichi Sugita wins his first ATP title defeating Adrian Mannarino 6-1, 7-6(4.) He also won a challenger on grass earlier in June. Don't forget, he was the LL in Barcelona who made it to the QFs. He's 28, but 28 is the new 20 in men's tennis.
