No exactly a fact specific argument. If I were to pick one member of the big 4 who has big man problems, it would be Fed, not Andy. Berdy does have both their numbers though.

You couldn't pay me a billion dollars to check his record versus big servers. That's why I said "But I'm not interested enough to check Murray's records versus big servers...."

You're one for hyperbole aren't you?

Perhaps you shouldn't pretend to know what you're talking about then. I won't hold my breath.

I didn't pretend anything. I said I wasn't interested enough. That's honest. Even a legendary tennis mind like McEnroe isn't interested in EVERY tennis topic, and would not rush around checking a stat just because someone on a messageboard is engrossed in a topic. We do have lives.

How I wish you would read your OWN posts. If you don't know the stats of a certain player then don't comment as though you do. It's simple.

Comment as if I did know? I said the word "Maybe" at the beginning of my post. You can read, right?

Yeah. Though in fairness, Fed only developed those problems with age (declining movement, defense, and return of serve). In his prime, nobody handled big hitters like he did, and I'd say he used to deal with them more effectively than the other three deal with them now, which is saying something.

^ That's true, Safin and Roddick were big hitters in their prime, and Federer did just fine.

Are you serious? That DOES NOT alter what you said in the second part of your post.

"Murray is the other way around." That is what you said. You stated it as a fact. It might be an idea for you to read what you've written a few times before you post. I'm trying really hard not to be rude but you're making it very difficult.

Maybe its a surface thing. For example, Nadal has outstanding success versus big servers on hardcourt. However Nadal has had some trouble versus big servers on grass.

Murray is the other way around. Murray is great versus big servers on grass, but lost to Raonic on hardcourt and clay. But I'm not interested enough to check Murray's records versus big servers on hardcourt compared to grass.

If Nadal2005RG can't be bothered to check his own facts and claim, then he has to concede the point that he's wrong about Murray v. big servers on HCs.

So when I said "But I'm not interested enough to check Murray's records versus big servers on hardcourt compared to grass." You took that as 'its a fact'? Really? I implied that I actually didn't know, and that I had no interest in knowing. All I did was propose an idea for those who were interested. Not sure why you both are so hot under the collar....
