Well... Big ol' flameout from Keys. She really has got to start getting more match play in. I don't know who has made her schedule this year or what the thinking behind it is but she should be playing more. She's young. If she can't stay healthy enough to be getting a lot of tournaments in and take advantage of this high seeding then she needs to get a new trainer.

Bouchard drops the first set 6-4 to Bencic and then loses the first 12 points of the second set before calling a trainer and then finally retiring. I don't think I have ever seen a freefall quite like this before. Sad to see.
Madison Keys is overrated...a ballbasher who got lucky at AO15.,..she is mentally weak.I think Bencic,Pliskova,Svitolina are better players and seem to be doing well...
Bouchard is showing us the dangers of playing the week before a major. Too risky. Glad Petra and Kerber are not playing.

Bouchard was halfway to a golden set. I believe she is injured. Nobody can hit the ball with her mechanics and stay healthy.

Bencic has been playing like crazy. She's reminding me of Halep in the last 18 months. She needs to be careful it can cause burnout.
