I know he's young...but Zverev already seems to be turning into a headcase.

I don't think so...I think he's pretty sturdy, but he does get mad. Clearly hates to lose. Interestingly, though, I think del Potro is beginning to make something out of that slice BH. He won the last game with it. Oh, and he just won the last game with BH slices, then the BH drop shot. If he's really going to learn to work his BH in a new way, that could be big.

I don't understand the challenge system regarding serves. For example...The server hits a second serve and, during the rally, a ball that he hits is called out, but is challenged and replay/review shows that it was actually in. Instead of having to replay the second serve, why does he get another first serve?

Ever since his wrist issues, del Potro mainly hits slice backhands. Even though he's been hitting over/through it lately, my opinion is that opponents should hit to his backhand, go to the net, and force him hit backhand passing shots.

No, one will only get a replay on the second serve. However, sometimes the chair umpire may forget that it happened on the second serve and erroneously give the player the first serve (but that is not the rule). I did not watch this match and so I don't know what actually happened.

I don't think that's completely true. I know what Chewy is asking. Sometime is seems that we reset to a first serve and I'm not sure why, either.

The first serve is always played again, because it is the point which is replayed, and not the serve. And the point consists of two available serves. If you pay attention the umpire phrase is always "replay the point".

The particular serve is only reversed in a "let" situation.

Congrats to DelPo for winning Acapulco. I think he'll be #8 on Monday. With Nadal dropping out of IW let's see how they still manage to get DelPo in Roger's quarter.

I think del potro could be the one that beats Federer at India wells, he's playing 2009 level tennis.

Could not watch almost anything full from this tournament but caught three long highlights from the del Potro matchs and he is steadily improving. This is the best of him I've seen in years. Hope he keeps improving and injury free, this way he would be a major threat again.
