Amanda Anisimova has withdrawn from WTA500 Charleston, where she was set to be the No 2 seed, citing an injury she picked up in Miami, after taking medical advice to withdraw.

Emma Raducanu has withdrawn from next week Linz Open, as she continues to recover full fitness from post viral symptoms on the back of an illness she picked up in Romania in early February.

Vavara Gracheva tore her ACL in practice last weeks, probably put her out for the rest of the year, Vavara is determind to come back stronger than before when her body is ready

The WTA are in discussions for the next country to hold the WTA Finals from 2027 onwards
Charlotte emerges as the top contender, Ben Navarro was unable to move the Cincinnati Open 3 years ago but one would assume this is led by him to bring pro tennis back to Charlotte.
Gdansk, Poland, is another country in discussions, last time this tournament was held in Europe was 2013.
