Ons was not settled at all and never recovered from the 2nd set.Rybakina is a likeable and will root for her in future events.The event lacked umph and hopefully the hardcourts will bring pizzazz.

Ah not great really. Got back €2916.67. Nadal 3-0 would have paid another €300 or so and I was thinking to back that initially but too many predictions were giving Ruud a set so I went for the safer option. That was the only match I bet on at RG and the first tennis match I bet on in around 12/13 years or so. 10K wasn't as risky as it sounds when you think of first time finalist nerves. I'd have done it only I decided to bet on that match only last minute and couldn't use my debit card for more than 2.5k per daily deposit thanks to my annoying bank. Nadal in a RG final is about the safest bet in sports, especially against Ruud!

Fun Fact,

Elena Rybakina leaves Wimbledon with a tour leading 253 Aces this season, apart from winning her maiden Grand Slam title.
