Agree, he always liked to play on grass, but suprised us all here on clay. Hopefully he has a good run there in Wimbledon.

I have to give Casper kudos. He served for the final like a future champion. No nerves. Normally you see people fail to serve for it when they haven’t been there before. Good luck!

Congratulations to Casper Ruud on making his 1st ever Slam final! After starting slow in the Clay court swing, he has responded well. (Rome SF, Geneva Open win and now RG F).

As for Cilic, not bad for the 33 year old for reaching his 1st Roland Garros Semifinal appearance. Now, he can rest up and hopefully do damage on Grass.

I was rooting for Cilic basically on behalf of our friend @don_fabio, but I'm glad to see two top clay-courters in the final. That seems more right. As everyone is saying, Marin is finding a very good groove right now, which will likely serve him well on the grass.
