trouble for the kid. 0-40. Casper can break and serve for the match
Battles through to deuce and AD but could not sustain it with Casper and winning the game an eventually the match. . Hard fought match from both side; You have to LOVE that their Viking valor ( minus the looting & pillaging & burning innocent villages)…

Well done Casper Ruud I picked in in four sets good to see you have made your first S/Final at RG your game is perfect for the clay!
Another thing I like his composure on court, maybe the Brat Teenager could learn a lesson or two from you!

There wasn't much love between them at the net. Wonder what that is all about.

I like Ruud. He doesn’t really have any discernible weapons like Djokovic and Nadal have, but he does have that workmanlike element to his game. I would love to see him win a slam at least keep Cough Drop out of the final.

Congrats to Casper Ruud. His first QTR and now first SF’s at a Major. Fiero wondered why he was relatively unknown , well now it’s time for his “ I’m waiting for my closeup” moment.

Should have a great chance versus Cilic to now make his first Major Finals.

BTW The Brat Teenager has already been fined by the ATP last year for verbal trangressions :)

Ruud trains a lot at Rafa's academy in Mallorca, he works very hard, he does have a workmanlike element to his overall game
