I just got up to Felix up 2 sets and playing great tennis!
Felix was affected by the roof closing and we know that Daniel plays very well indoors.Felix was played by the organisers just like his buddy Shapo. They want a Nadal Medvedev final.Today Felix showed that he is getting there with the other younger players.

I can see you on why you are "skeptical" on FAA. He still has not lived up to his potential during his junior years. I am somewhat "disappointed" with FAA too, but I tinkered my expectations from him, so my expectations are not too high anymore.

I will say this though: I do not think you can compare Zverev's mental capacity with FAA's mental capacity at least right now. Zverev has won multiple big titles outside of Slams. While FAA is still looking for his 1st career title. Another thing too is that Zverev is somewhat arrogant off the court and he thinks he is one of the new Big 3 even though he has not won a single slam. Like Moxie said, FAA is nice person and very professional on and off the court!
Well when Felix has got to finals he has gone missing mentally? quite frankly I feel he needs to see a sport pyschologist I have been saying that for some time now. When I talk about Zverev, I have mentioned in my posts, maybe you should go back and read them?I have said yes he can win 3 set tournaments, but when it comes to GS he has not to date beaten a top ten player and mentally goes missing,I dont think you can make excuses for him at this level. Our sport is 80% mental,Zverev to me is over rated and quite frankly his style of game bores me to tears.I never said I was comparing him to Felix again you read my post incorrectly.I just brought up another player like Zverev who to me is a Mental Midget in GS.BTW I am not the only poster who thinks the same here of Zverev, make excuses for him all you want, cant hide from the fact his level at GS is sub par.Quite frankly I feel Felix has more upside in his overall game than Zverev.
BTW this current stat of Zverev after Shapo defeated him...Zverev falls to 4-15 vs Top 20 at slams...I dont think you can make excuses for that stat.
I strongly suggest you read my posts more clearly in future and stop twisting what I said to push your own agenda. Thanks

Always with the conspiracy theories, eh, tossip? Felix was already down the mini-break in that TBer when they closed the roof and he didn't recover. After that, he still had 2 sets to grab one, and he didn't do it. I don't know how you can blame the tournament for the roof closure. It suddenly started raining hard, and they didn't have an option. It was a pretty brief stoppage. I don't think the whole momentum of the match changed at that moment.

Seeing Medvedev play the USO final against Nadal was all I needed to conclude he is the real deal. I had turned off the match during the third set. When a friend texted that it was still going, I couldn’t believe it. Nadal won that contest, but Medvedev won fans with his fight. Let’s see if they meet in the final here. I actually like both players so as long as Tsitsi doesn’t win the title, I will be ok with any other outcome.
