Pella was down the early break, then evened it, but now in trouble again. Long game trying to hold at 4-4.

EDIT: 20 minute game, but he finally holds and leads 5-4.

Wow. They just put up a graphic showing that 67% of RBA's shots have been forehands. He's working hard for those. Great job. Pella gets the hold. But RBA takes the next 3. 20 minute game doing Pella in.

Good for Pella. Got the early break. Taken to deuce on his last service game. But gets the hold. 5-2. Nearly there to a 4th set.

So RBA is no longer the only man left to not have dropped a set.

Was typing this up earlier when my dear mother called. Ya know ya can't ignore yo mama.

I came into it late, so I didn't hear all of it. But it definitely sounded like these two commentators were talking about Pella being one of these guys that had to take sponsors to get the training he needed to to get to this level. And then recently was like, "I'm making 10k a year after I give them their cut." I don't know how that conversation started or ended. But I hate that guys have to do that to get to this level. But it is what it is.
