While he is shanking those shots, serving well is still the key for him as it allows him to be aggressive on the return

he is lopping some balls, but that last shank was also about spin. he played a slick slice before, Djokoivc gave back some weird shot

I think he's trying to do the high topspin shots, that are slower, followed by the slices and it's working. A lot of the time.

Yeah. Roger is never gonna get every return back. But the ones that's he's landing have been solid all day. All tournament. Did it against Nadal too. Geting great depth and pace.

Federer knows he won't win these long rallies that much so he will try to serve well and just take chances on the return game

Djokovic with some impressive cold blood actually. Playing calm and effectivelly

Yeah Djokovic keeping it simple right now. But Fed also just not getting anything on the return this game. Djokovic serving better now too. Missing less first serves.

Roger seems more running on fumes to me than Djoker at this moment
