At the slams no but Nalbandian did in 2007 at the Madrid masters which is still mighty impressive.

Novak won Canadian Masters in 2007 by beating Roddick, Ralph and Federer who were ranked #3, #2 and #1 at that time.

Are you watching the same tourney as the rest of the folks. Perseus is extremely mentally strong. If at all he loses it will be due to his level and not due to his mental strength. :nono::confused:
I admit I don't watch everything in this AO so I maybe off abit with my judgement. I've watched few Tsi's older matches where he made some simple errors and had couple of on court outbursts. But maybe he's grown since, he's very young so growing fast.

Kind of like the last couple tournaments where I ask myself "Roger lost to this guy??"

Too many weaknesses to be good yet, mainly the ROS and backhand. Roger was just so bad he didn't exploit it. This kid does have a good attitude though, he will fight. But Perseus won't be taking out Tennis's Medusa tonight.

goodhands by nadal just then. Appears to have a stranglehold on the match. The nighttime conditions where the courts are slow, is to his advantage.
