I disagree with this as the reason. I have accused Novak of looking ahead on occasion, but I don't believe he is now. And Rafa doesn't. They play each other tough, and they cause each other nerves. That's what it is, IMO.It's like these guys are so convinced whoever gets to the final wins they're looking past this match
