This slow court and slow balls is definitely blunting DP's kill shots. It's like they're hitting through water.

especially since none of the US players are that good anyway. They need more than court speed help. LOL

The problem I find is players aren’t rounding out their games they seem to only focus on what they do well and not on improving what they don’t

i have 2 Anon. I watched the Osta/Petko match that went 3 sets and I thought the Venus/Sveta match was good too

it's hard to say Sunday. If none of the young guns step up to the plate he could reel off 2-3 a year for the next few years

Is it a matter of them stepping up to the plate or that they just aren't the same quality as Fe-Djo-dal.

I know it'll sound like I'm favouring the AO because of Roger's success. But I have to say the last few years I've found the matches more entertaining. What do these organisers have against attacking tennis. You still get some long rallies, but they are genuinely amazing ones. Not just guys running thru treacle
