Garbage team, got to say though that Giannis is playing like a bitch. Hardly has shot the ball at all. Bucks awful defense as usual, look headed for another easy 6 game first round exit. Third time in 4 years they'll be dumped in an easy 6.

Somehow a 4 point game, the bad news for the Bucks is that Boston is simply missing open shots. They'll have to tighten up that D more if they're going to steal this

Fucking ref missed easy shot clock violation. We should take one of our scrubs and coldcock him. But probably wouldn't have mattered anyways

And that was a reviewable play as well. Missing that violation was ridiculous and not knowing the rules (that it was reviewable) is criminal. Those refs should be suspended and not allowed to ref another game in these playoffs IMO. The Bucks have so much stench on their team that id have loved if a few of them laid out those refs, good way to be rid of crappy contracts.

Guy is an absolute monster, tough to bet against him even with a totally trash team. Finals or not he'd be a fool to stay there and he won't

I usually assess someone's basketball knowledge with the following: Do you think Kobe belongs in the same breath as Lebron? If yes, then you know absolute dog-shit about basketball.

While I totally agree LeBron is on another level there really are a bunch of knowledgeable folks that still argue for Kobe based on rings and "killer mentality". But I'd say you are usually talking to biased Laker fans. Maybe @the AntiPusher still likes Kobe in this debate?

I remember arguing with my brother and cousin back in 2011 before he LeBron won a ring that he was clearly better than Kobe ever was and would have the greater career regardless of ring total. They practically laughed me out of the room...but some things are just obvious. By LeBron's 2nd year it was clear barring injury he'd be one of the best to ever lace them up. I get the same feeling with Ben Simmons. Have you had a chance to watch your fellow Aussie @britbox ? I'm not saying Simmons will be as good but he will be up there if he stays healthy.

I know shit about Basketball but Kobe would struggle to make a Top 3 among all-time Lakers.

Top 3 is certainly Kareem, Magic and Wilt though his best years were in Philly so maybe you can't count him. Then you got Kobe, Shaq, West and Baylor in some order. Talk about a rich history, they could've saved some of those guys for my Milwaukee Bucks :lol6:

I only ever watched Basketball seriously in the 80s mate - the Bird/Magic era, and then the brief Pistons era in the late 80s/90s... watched some 90s stuff passively with Jordan and the Bulls. Got back into it for a while when the Lakers came back with Shaq and Kobe and the rivalry with Kings in the early years of the new millennium but watched very little since then. A Lakers fan, but never liked Kobe or the way they handled Shaq... who had more class in his little finger than Kobe had in his entire body.

Yeah I never cared for Kobe though I admit he was a great great player and was huge for the league after MJ retired. I'd consider him and Shaq pretty level but it's no question that Shaq was top dog when they played with each other. Kobe just couldn't handle being a sidekick and forced him out of town when they probably still had a couple more titles at least.

But it's a good time to tune back into bball. That Simmons is going to be special and then you have the Bron Cyborg and a lot of other great players right now. First round in the East has been excellent so far.

Too little too late but that block by Bron was apparently goaltending. The ball hits the board first. What a blow to the Pacers. They were going to be up 2...

Yep but from what I heard they blew the call before it against the Cavs too. Sounds like typical crappy NBA reffing in the playoffs.

I also found out that the shot clock violation was not reviewable since it hit rim. Basically a whistle has to be blown or play stops (an airball or a basket) for it to be reviewable there. Still absolutely appalling to miss that, Horford wasn't even in his shooting motion.

In this one instance, those 2 pts don't matter. Bron hit a 3 pt buzzer beater that would've won the game for Cavs anyway.

Maybe, maybe not. Dynamics change when you are trailing by two. You are at home, do you go for a tie to take it to OT ? Who knows...All the technology and we still get it wrong in crucial moments.

Darth's boys come good and force G7 in Bos

I didn't even see it, was at the new Avengers movie. It was awesome!

Glad Giannis put his big boy pants on after that awful game 5. If you're going down let it be with the superstar. Hope they can knock those damn leprechauns out of the playoffs, send them fishing :dance1:

This is true, we don't know what happens if it's a two point deficit.
