I looked up. Rosol is primarily playing in the challenger circuit as his ranking is very low. But, he is indeed active.
He's popped up a bit this year when he made it through quallies. But his career highlight was beating Rafa in that W match. I'm still mad they stopped play to close the roof when Rafa had the momentum going into the 5th. 45 minute delay, long before they would have lost light. I think they were playing with their new toy.

Dustin Brown is fun to watch. But he really only makes noise a couple of times a year. Gilles Muller I do admire. And the way he hung in to beat Rafa last year was impressive. I actually root for him, because of that.

Forget about making noise. He does not even play in the regular circuit as his ranking is way low. He makes living from the challenger and futures circuit only. He probably gets in to at most three or four regular tourneys per year.

He and Rosol were both a flash in the pan. It's hard to give respect to guys that get a top 10 win and do nothing with it.

The difference is that Dreddie is fun to watch.

Not only British #1 shall play Bristish #3 tomorrow, but also British #2 shall play British #5.

What is so surprising here is that there are actually five British players in top 300. :p

Murray has been an inspiration. Say what you will, but this is probably the best British men's tennis has looked since...when?

British #3 shall face British #1 in the next round. No matter what happens, EquineAnn will be happy.
I will indeed. It's nice for us to win because we don't win many but it's not a big thing if we lose because I'm used to it. It's both a win-win & a lose-lose situation for patriotic Brits because a Brit has to win but a Brit also has to lose.

Hmm! Interesting. So for patriotic Brits we have 2 situations which are both win-win & lose-lose at the same time.

I'll support Sir Andy but Edmunds can be very tricky when he's on

Kyle showed Andy who is British #1 by beating him in straight sets. I watched only the last game.

Regardless, Andy seems to be in fine shape to play in Wimbledon and will most probably get to the second week also with a good draw.

Actually, both British #1 and #2 won by beating #3 and #5 respectively.

That's great. Thank you very much for the information. I didn't get a chance to watch.

I am underwhelmed by Denis so far on grass this season.

Both the brits, who won against fellow brits, promptly exited in the QF.

But, Marco is in to the SF.

Well, at least he reached QF here. Also, he lost to Mischa who is formidable on grass and not to an unknown Indian guy. Talking of him, the Indian guy to whom he lost in Stuttgart, lost in the 1st round of qualifying.

But, Shapo knows how to play on grass. He is the Boy's champion in 2016. Hope he can pick up his game in time for the big event.
