WTF is going on? I don't have commentary on.
A guy got sick and got attended to. OK now it seems.

Diego has a world class forehand . His backhand is letting him down today though...Still great job to get a set. He was in every single Rafa service game. Had a hard time holding himself though.

I assume this is the first set that Rafa has lost this tournament

oh dear... bit of rain coming down. That'll save Rafa's bacon and allow him to reset. Am I the only one who loves Diego? What a pocket rocket

In my head I always think of Diego as Ferrer 2.0. But maybe Coria 2.0 is more accurate

I agree. But both Ferrer and Coria are 5'9", while Diego is even smaller at 5'7".

This is about as bad as Nadal has ever played at RG. Hate to be redundant but to me, the easiest player to "feel" at majors is Nadal. It's very obvious early on what kind of form he's in. The only reason he's still the favorite in this tournament (and that is in serious jeopardy now), is that it's Roland Garros, and he's won it 10 times, and if he navigates past this match, he can always step it up a gear. But this has been coming, in terms of his iffy play costing him.

I think 5'7" is pretty generous. It might be the official figure, but I reckon he's more like 5'4" or 5'5"
I agree. When he's at the net, it's practically at his frigging shoulder
