Still, A0 Federer placed a curse, on Nadal after crying like a baby at AO 09, thanks Federer. He doesn't deserve to win any hard court event more than 3 times. It'd be like me saying Roger is cursed at IW because he's only won it 5 times.

No, it's more like your saying that Roger deserves to have won Wimbledon or the USO more than he has.He doesn't deserve to win any hard court event more than 3 times. It'd be like me saying Roger is cursed at IW because he's only won it 5 times.

It's a bit of a fine point, though, as we debate these things. I don't mean to put words in your mouth, but when you complain endlessly that he should have done better, that he's "underperformed," you are saying that other players should have lost. They didn't, and he did. And yet it irks you if Nadal fans do the same. I'm sorry, but I don't see the difference, in terms of fandom.Again with words in my mouth. I've never said he's deserved more, I've just said he's underperformed in crunch time there over the years, particularly the USO. I can't complain too much about Wimbledon, he's been awesome until the finals where he's played weak numerous times, sometimes in his wins even. USO is way different, total debacle vs Del Po, two chokes vs Nole, and many other head scratching losses. But he didn't "deserve" to do better.
Haha and Nadal cursed Federer for crying like a baby during the match vs Verdasco before the final. His countryman responded to this weakness by handing him the match with an easy break to lose it.
Maybe Federer could have had 6 USO titles, instead of 5, but his just sucked for the past 10 years. If he played Nadal he would have lost. Plus Nadal Should have won 4 AO titlesAgain with words in my mouth. I've never said he's deserved more, I've just said he's underperformed in crunch time there over the years, particularly the USO. If we are going off true abilities on HC then you'd have Roger and Nole splitting the last 20 HC majors in some way. Rafa having 4 on HC is a big enough embarrassment to the far superior HC players (Fed and Djoker)
More like superior, but not far superior, if not for Nadal injury's he would have more titles on hard courts, maybe 8 HC slams. If we are going off true abilities on HC then you'd have Roger and Nole splitting the last 20 HC majors in some way. Let's just say it is an arguable point. Federer' game is a lot more effortless, his movement and the way he strikes the ball compared to Nadal. It'd be incredibly bad luck if he was injured anywhere near as much as Rafa.
I didn't know he had any lung issues in 2010, but mono was bad luck, similar to Rafa's appendicitis.
Federer lungs is not why he sucked after winning A010, Nadal just went to god level tennis.
Nadal won slams on all 3 Surfaces in the some season the only male player to ever do that, its clearly the greatest seasons in tennis history or at least top 2. 2013 was top five. Nadal did the Us open series triple, Montreal, CM, USO.I don't think it was lungs, back or anything else. And it certainly wasn't Nadal as Fed lost at slams to Sod, Berd, and a mediocre Djokovic. He was awful in 2010 after winning Aus. My theory is an understandable drop in motivation and being out of his prime.
Even in Rafa's best years he didn't win YEC. 2010 is maybe a top 6 or 7 season in the Open Era, 2013 is not even close.
