They start at 12 noon at court 1. If you tune in at 1 p.m., Novak would have already lost. :devil

I thought that Feli going through the divorce this could be a bad time for him but I see he is playing well. Will he beat Kyrgios tomorrow? maybe

FACTOID:

1. Sam Querrey is 20-1 in five set matches when leading 2-0 in sets.
2. Novak has come back four times from a 0-2 deficit in 5 set matches.

  1. 2005 Wimbledon against GGL
  2. 2011 USO SF against Fed
  3. 2012 RG against Seppi
  4. 2015 Wimbledon against Anderson

3. Novak has also lost a couple of times (possibly more also) from a 0-2 deficit in 5 set matches. On both occasions, the match went all the way to fifth set.
  1. 2010 French Open against J. Melzer
  2. 2012 USO Final against Andy

In 5-set matches that actually goes to 5 sets, Novak wins 77.1% of times (27-8 record). This is the second highest among all active players (second only to Robredo). So, if Querrey plans on winning the match, he better win the 3rd set or at least the 4th set.

As expected, Sam loses third set.

But, Sam shows signs of life again. After the rain break, he is not only not broken, he broke Nole.

Now Go finish it off in 4th Sam.

Good save and hold by Sam.

Sam cannot afford to go down a break early in the 4th set.

At all costs, he must protect the serve.

We will see I imagine Becker is telling Djokovic to get his head out of his a** and play tennis.

Querrey living on edge. Saved 8 break points in 3rd set alone in which he has played just 3 games.

It's a shambolic, scratchy encounter. Huge amounts of tension on both sides, which is understandable. Nole clinging on...

EDIT: huge momentum shift right there...

I'm running out of cliches! I better try think of something else to say. Novak is choking this match away. He might still win but he's facing his demons...
