I'm rooting for Stan even though I do feel Murray has a better chance in the final (yes even with Stan winning it last year). I know the implications of Djokovic winning the final from a historical perspective but I'm also OK with him winning it. If he gets it, the RG and non calendar-year slam are well deserved. I truly think that would already boost him up to at least #3 all time, possibly #2

Djoker will be feeling the pressure no matter who is on the other side of the net. If it's Murray, I think he has a better chance actually. The Rome loss was after two grueling matches against Rafa and the Kei. Andy has nothing that can hurt him if he plays to his level. Stan is the unknown, and that could be more of a problem.

Hard to believe Stan hasn't broken at all in 3 sets on clay. Murray with only 13 UE's is quite impressive. I know Djoker-Murray matches can be boring but they have had some good ones on clay and with everything on the line it could be a great one.

Well yes, if Djokovic plays his best he definitely beats whoever is on the other side. But Murray is very solid and if Djokovic is letting the pressure get to him then he will be in trouble. With Stan there's always the possibility he is donating a lot of errors. Also he is a poor returner especially compared to Murray. The Rome loss was a beatdown too though, Djokovic simply didn't play great that tourney and the final was a continuation of that more than just being tired. He is in far better form here. That final doesn't necessarily hurt Djokovic but it could help Murray a bit.

:lulz2: Leave it to me to jinx Murray. He was up 40-15 that game too, a bad one to let slip away. Ramsay's dogs have been called off for now!

They're howling again now with the early break. Mrs Boulton is sweating like a blind lesbian in a Grimsby fish market.

Stan could only hold off the big lady for so long.. Djoker and Murray it is. And after all the worries about the scheduling both should be plenty fresh for the final.
