Not sure. I believe he needed to win today to get that high.

I think I heard the commentators saying #7 regardless of the semi final outcome. He needed to win the whole thing to move to #6.

Surprised Thiem couldn't do better. Didn't see a point of the match. TTC did not show it early this morning. Oh well, I guess the Dunblane Warrior is going to have to do this himself.

Such a nice young guy, Dominic. He might have been a little too anxious today and forcing things, but it was a great tournament for him. We should expect him to get there many times in future. In the presser Nole called him the leader of the new generation.

Great job by Nole. He was all business like, just the way I like it. Seems the scare with the racquet incident yesterday served him well. :drums:
