Tomas Berdych talks about his fourth round clash and looks ahead to his quarter final. At the time of the interview, he wasn't sure who he would be playing. (well at least, he had the good grace to pretend it could have been either of them).

Well, Federer is not perfect at all (at least like he and his fans pretend he is) he always likes to talk and critics to everyone but I see he doesn't like that others critic him, he responds quickly, too bad

I don't think that Tomas is playing well enough, I watched only 1 of his matches here though, so I may be wrong. I think it will be Federer but not sure in how many sets.

They are taking their sweet time in warming up.

Here we go...I might watch it for half an hour or so....when you don't hear from me BB, it means I am not conscious :D

Early break for Tomas, helps when Roger misses first serves.

Ouch! Direct hit on the linesman. And Roger takes the first set, as well.

If that's what gets you exited, good for you.

Has Fed ever trash talked poor Berdy?
I think he had some choice words when Birdman beat him in the QF in Wimby '10. At least downgraded the win.

Yay!! Close match but Roger seems slightly on top of things and I think the first set was deserved.

Agreed. First set is a great one to have in the bag, and he totally deserved that TB. And now he's got the break. This could be straights. Roger is feeling it.

Love listening to Frew MacMillan commentating on Eurosport.

Best commentator in the business IMO.
Envious. We only get him on the internet.

Roger is playing tremendous and he has needed to. The court is slow enough that Berd is doing well staying in points and defending admirably. I know Berd has scored big wins over Roger at some of his strongest tourneys (Wimbledon, Cincy, and USO) but in theory I think he should be a tougher matchup for Roger on slower courts than fast ones.

He's looking good @Twisted. Like you say, the Berd is dangerous and Roger can't allow him to get back on level terms. I think if Roger takes the second, he'll run this out in straight sets.
