I can see only one thing in Feli's favor and that is his slice. He has one of the best in the business when it is on and Nole is known to have issues with that shot every now and then. But Feli is not going to slice his way to a win in a five setter. I will give him a set though, just because...

I think it's more variety on the backhand side (especially a good slice + a potent backhand down the line) that can cause Novak problems instead of the slice on its own. With Lopez almost exclusively using slice from the backhand often the only question is if he comes to the net on it. Also I'm not sure if Lopez being a left hander changes the dynamics regarding the effectivity of the slice against Novak.

I expect the serve to be the more important shot for Lopez. If Novak struggles to read it well it probably will be close for some time but ultimately Lopez' style should have too many limitations to really trouble any top player in acceptable form.
