^ Yeah that's true, I forgot to mention Toronto in the "disappointing teams" in these playoffs. They basically gave up by the 2nd half of game 2.

Anyone thinking JVG (Jeff Van Gundy) might actually make a comeback to coaching? Could we see more of this.

I don't think you'll see Jeff back. It's been quite a while between drinks. Maybe if there was no other option, I would say maybe. But you've got 3-4 viable candidates in Brooks, Thibs, Monty, Jackson, etc

Speaking of the coaching wheel, Magic hire Scott Skiles.

The Bulls will hire Fred Hoiberg aka "the mayor" of Iowa State" . Pax and Gar want an offensive yes man and Fred fits that mold. I hear some players (Gasol most likely) didn't endorse Tibs in their exit interview. The Bulls need to move Noah , he is a huge liability on offense and his injuries have slowed his foot speed .

I am concerned over Klay Thompson's concussion. I think it's severe and his recovery may be longer than a few days. Lord knows I hope the young fella is okay and gets back to 100%.

Speaking of the coaching wheel, Magic hire Scott Skiles.

This is my problem with the NBA, Scott Skiles is barely a point C to B coach, he hasn't made one conference playoff finals or teams have not advanced any year afterwards the previous season. There are at least 8 coaches who are more qualified than someone like skiles, I don't why he keeps getting a gig with such a horrendous track record.

Skiles is a decent coach but he is known for being difficult. I am surprised by that move too.

It's really because of the lame playoff series that ended earlier than expected and the television schedule. It's good for both teams to rest and watch tape to prepare for a decent finals

I don't know man...I mean, rest, I understand and sure , some guys are banged up, but this is a momentum killer. It is too long. 3-4 days is enough time to get ready for finals in my opinion.

They schedule it out ahead of time and this is what happens when both series are jokes. They probably can't switch it around due to TV schedule, ticket sales, etc.
