Wozniacki has taken a wise decision - she's withdrawn from Kremlin Cup - Flavia Pennetta has got her spot. Here is part of the message on their homepage:

We are very sorry that Caroline Wozniacki due to injury is not coming to Moscow. We wish her good health and hope to see the Dane in Russia's capital next season.

Wozniacki is in touch with the directorate of the Moscow tournament and admitted that she got upset because of not coming to Russia's capital.

I aggravated the injury at the tournament in Linz, - Caroline explained. - After the match, the doctors examined my knee and came to the conclusion that I should take a break.

So I won't go on court in the nearest future. I am always very pleased to come to the tournament 'Kremlin Cup by Bank of Moscow', I'd like to thank the competition organizers for understanding.

Bravo Caroline - you should take that sort of decisions more often:clap

Good to see. Overdue a bit but maybe she can just rest up and get healthy for the Australian tour coming up in a couple of months.

No, No. She will play in BLT (Biggest Loser's Tourney) in China and then participate in Circus.
This skipping Moscow business is to save herself for the BLT in China.

:cover Mistake in my opinion. She needs to just shut it down for a while. What does she think she is? A Marathon runner?
