good call by the Ump regarding the ball but - have you ever seen an Ump deciding a point in spite of a player giving it up himself?

since there doesn't seem to be that many people watching, a little more info: Wawrinka's ball was called out, he wanted it revised, Tsonga immediately gave it up and wanted to replay - but the Ump actually checked the mark and called it out instead of allowing the replay. in a closely contested game. was quite surprising to me.
