Djokovic had to fall behind 2-0 to start playing well.

Yup, sure looks that way :s

That's the thing with Djokovic in GS finals. He plays well when he is down and out but when he is ahead he starts to miss some shots.

Djokers favourite player growing up was Pete, and he certainly learned how to feign near death from the great man, but Murray is an idiot to react to that. I'm beginning to suspect that these blokes have a pact to hand back any breaks as politely and quickly as possible...

I don't know why really but I am not enjoying this match. And yet I still watch. What a junkie.

I think it's the feeling that whatever happens until 5-4 in the set simply doesn't matter because if anyone gets their nose in front they're guaranteed to give it back within the next two games.

I have lived every point with Andy at the back end of sets but I'm hardly bothered by him getting breaks and giving them back until at least 3-3ish.

They've only played a few enjoyable matches ever. It's not a coincidence the Pong analogy is used so often, or that so many people say it's the least interesting match-up of the Big Four.

Maybe 'cos it's a pretty crap match ?

Unless screaming porn queens are whacking away at the ball, I usually can find some enjoyment in any match but today... I'm almost to the point where I'll be glad when Novak is lifting the Norman Bates Trophy and we can call it a day.

Oh the heck with it all. Let's play five tiebreaks!

There's no 5th set TB at the AO. We could go something like 6-7, 7-6, 6-7, 7-6, 70-68. :snicker

I'm enjoying it too, Matt, despite how erratic it is. I think they're both putting in a huge effort and it might still explode...

Whoever wins this game wins the match imo.
