-FG- said:There never was a possibility of him winning in straights. He was clearly outplayed in the first set which Nadal won 6:2. Until the end of the third set, which Novak by the way lost 4:6 and not in a tiebreak, a four-set-win seemed realistic, but there's no way to reasonably claim he should have won the first.Fiero425 said:crystalfire said:He still needs to hold his serve and serve it out possibly. He's had trouble serving matches out recently.
If you mean Nole, that isn't a first! I don't know what it is, but against just about anyone, he's lost his serve at inopportune times like his USO year! He should have won in straight sets in the final, but I said to myself, he was going to drop serve to Nadal and lose that TB! It happened! It's not like he made errors; maybe pulled back a bit and players take chances that have paid off! It happens a lot; believe me! :nono uzzled
I guess you're talking about last year! I said Nole's USO year which meant 2011! That should have been a straight set win; thank you very much! :nono uzzled :laydownlaughing
