Bonzai Kei!!

(I'm wondering if Kieran was correct when he said Stan reached his peak in Oz, never to repeat it.)

He played a great final set against Robredo too that I'd say was every bit as good as the Oz final but between that and a good TB against Bellucci I can't personally say I recall anything special about his performances the rest of the year and that includes Monte Carlo which he won. Roger really blew that match and Stan didn't play anything special.

Agreed brother. That set against Robredo had me thinking he'd returned. Seems he is unable to sustain that level though. :nono

Stan with two break points ready to get things back on serve. Kei's too damn short to be trying a "tweener" and expecting to go anywhere but into the net. :(

Well Nishikori just played a total turd of a point trying to do a tweener there. Nishikori may well still win this and I know you're hoping he does 'cos you can be sure Stan will play better against Novak :snigger

5-5. Nishi awakens the error prone confidence seeking Stan and now he's in for a fight.

I said earlier, the little feller's too short to be attempting "tweeners" :snigger. If Kei loses this set, it's done and dusted in 4.

edit: and yes I would most certainly like to see Kei win.

I reckon Stan will win the TB but who knows.
