I hope I'm wrong but this is a pretty rough match-up for Raonic. He needs an out of this world serving performance and given that it's clay, even that won't be enough. He also needs a lot of help from Djokovic. That makes for a lot of needing. Djokovic in 2.

Love him, but Nole continues to have brain farts and will drop a set in a TB! Ya gotta give Raonic some credit for making it this far! :clap

This will tell us a bit about Nole. I can't see him losing and as Broken says, it could be ugly, but if it isn't, it could tell us a bit about Nole's levels.

I think he'll hammer him!

I picked him to win in two. He may have a little letdown after his match with Ferrer, so I wouldn't be surprised if Raonic takes a set. The nice thing is that we know the match won't be nearly as long or as grueling as his match today.

I also voted for Novak in two.

If he has a little letdown, as you put it, it won't be dropping a set. It would be going down a break, but then breaking back. I don't see Raonic being more successful than that against Novak, especially on clay.

Nobody expected Milos to even go this far. Thanks to Lenny, Leo and Chardy
he reached here. It is time to go home and do that fast in two sets.

^ I think Djokovic can read the serve and will break enough to get himself through in 2. First might go TB.

Milos in 3

So do I, but Milos is not at that level yet. But nonetheless, this was a very encouraging event for him already, his mental toughness sometimes reminds me of Sampras. He saved several break points today with aces. also converted his first MP with another one.
And what I like the most, his ROS is getting better.

Thanks, that is good news. When I saw him in the Nice line-up a few days ago, I said he needs to pull out.

Waking up to some boom boom tennis from Raonic. Novak is scampering about chasing down balls and not making his opponent move too much yet. Not sure why I got out of bed for this one.
