Even though I am not a huge fan, it hurt to see KA give that match away. Just goes to show us that these are human beings all capable of getting too nervous to execute ordinary shots. It happens to even better players than KA. Still I think it has been a good tournament for him, he played really well, it was his first time in the quarters of a Masters 1000 event and fought as well as he could.

Grigor showed great clutch there in that match. He played a point virtually on his knees at 5-5 in the breaker, I think he hurt himself when he fell. He recovered well. I'd like to see him dispatch fellers easier, but I liked what I saw late on. And of course, players like Anderson make it tough, so chances can be thin on the ground if the match gets tight. Should be an interesting semi...

It should be a very good semi between JWT and Dimitrov. I give a slight edge to Tsonga, he was impressive in both of his matches that I watched. If he doesn't get too tired, Tsonga might win the whole thing.

If you're calling Lopez a mental midget you haven't been watching the match. This is like what RB was complaining about calling players 'clowns.' He's not the most clutch in big moments, but he's no head case like Gulbis or JJ, either. A little more respect, I'd say. Esp. if he gets out of this game.
