I find it disappointing that none of the network TVs are showing this, not even espn, only Tennis channel, is this how exclusive Tennis has become?

ESPN will only cover the master's events in North America. They very rarely will carry the European ones because of the difference in time zones.

If the ratings backed it up, they'd cover tennis in Siberia. Not enough US people care about tennis anymore.

This is #1 versus #2
it deserves it!
I bet if one of them was John Isner(An American and who is not top 2) instead, some executive in espn would have decided to show it instead of Cheer-Leading competition.

They never bothered to buy the rights to air this, which is the only reason Tennis Channel ever gets to show what they do: it's because no one else cared enough to give us the very best.

Novak has really raised his level. I said he needed to in order to win today and he has. His level this week (struggling w/ Kohls and Ferrer) was nowhere close to today.

who said rafa was not down on speed.

I think Rafa is hiding injury , he is hush hush about such things, he is not 100%

Anyone else like the way Novak returns a ball straight up the middle? It has a way of handcuffing the opponent. I like it.

I think he's moving & playing just fine.

He is just getting out-played.

Rafa is responding well. Novak can make it look so effortless though.

He's only in his head when this level appears. Because Novak doesn't always bring this level, Nadal has belief in the other encounters.

Can you explain? I don't disagree. I do think Novak is more settled playing Rafa than the other way around.

huge miss. Part of the price you pay for going for it. He should have played a safer return
